Freedom Rolls in State Quarterfinals
The Lady Eagles jumped out to a 21-0 lead early and never looked back as they advanced to the Virginia State Semifinals with a 75-41 victory over Courtland High School on Friday. The Lady Eagles, led by Mercer Alums Kelsey Buchanan and Jessica Escorza, will travel to Richmond on Tuesday for the state semifinals.
